With the weather turning, we decided to change a few items to offer up some cold weather selections. Enjoy our current collaboration of specialty entrees courtesy of our Executive Chef Noe Sanchez and our Sous Chef Danny Flanders.

***Char-grilled Half Rack of Lamb***

Served with a white bean ragu, shaved fennel, carrots, parsnips and spinach. Finished with a citrus mint pesto vinaigrette — $21.50

Unoaked and fermented with indigenous yeast. Soft for a Malbec with great structure. Biutiful!!
