Our famous Tomato Basil soup has 20+-year-old story behind its unique flavors. For our New England Clam chowder, our challenge was to make one reminiscent of Union Oyster House in Boston and chef Pete knocked this one out of Fenway Park. All salad dressings are made in house (why would any restaurant not do so) and taste the difference that utilizing true sheep’s milk Pecorino Romano (versus cheap knock off Parmesan) on our Caesar salads. Finally, our southwest inspired crab and lobster salad is certain to please with succulent seafood flavors that will want you to order from our seafood menu.
